Refunds/Returns

  • We hope that you are always satisfied with the products you purchase from AHCA Publications.  If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return a book within 30 days if it is in saleable condition and accompanied by the original invoice/packing slip (USA only). All digital product orders are final and non-refundable.
  • Products that contain or are available on CD-ROM or disk cannot be returned if the package has been opened unless product is damaged.
  • Products must be returned in a re-sellable ("as new") condition.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was defective and/or damaged in shipment, or the incorrect item was shipped.
  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • DO NOT return products without first contacting an AHCA customer service representative to receive a Return Merchandise Account (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number, call an AHCA customer service representative at 1-800-321-0343 on weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Once you have received your RMA number, clearly write it on the outside of the package.
  • We recommend that all returns are mailed via UPS so that they may be tracked. AHCA will not be responsible for any items lost in the return mailing process.
