2025-26 Nursing Home Salary & Benefits Report - Now Available

Now in its 48th year, this comprehensive national study provides current compensation data for over 111,600 employees across 917 nursing homes. The report includes salary and benefits information for 102 positions—47 management and 55 non-management—along with data on turnover, vacancy rates, shift differentials, sign-on bonuses, and projected salary increases for 2025–2026. This year's edition highlights a notable decrease in turnover rates, particularly among top-level executives. Data are segmented by facility type, revenue, bed size, region, state, and CBSA, and are effective as of March 2025.
